Nancy Love Palmer
Senior appraiser Nancy Love Palmer has been appraising for over 8 years and stays up-to-date with continuous education. Many of Nancy’s friends are in the real estate business— from surveyors, attorneys, title company owners, and other real estate brokers. She can get most any real estate question answered intelligently. This is important because properly developing an appraisal often times requires research into these other real estate related disciplines.

Senior appraiser Rick Bertram became an appraiser because he’s obsessed with real estate. Being an appraiser fit his personality perfectly. Rick stays up-to-date with continuous education in the appraiser industry. Many of Rick’s friends and professional network are in the real estate industry including real estate agents, title company owners, mortgage officers, real estate attorneys, surveyors, real estate investors and real estate brokers. Rick’s network of real estate related professionals enables him access to in depth information and knowledge relating to any appraisal situation.
Rick has lived in Little Rock, Arkansas all his life. He’s married with three kids. In addition to appraising real estate, Rick is also active in managing real estate, investing in real estate and selling it. He plays or watches soccer in his spare time.
